An amazing experience!

Navigating Bali can be tough but our Hire Bali Driver/Guide, Dika, was able to take us to all of the sites. We started our day at the Lumberg Sari House of Coffee where we learned about their process and tasted a variety of their coffees and teas. Our next stop was at the Monkey Forest where we learned about their species and their protected habitat. Next we headed to the Rice Terraces where we learned about their irrigation system and harvesting. We did not try the Swings that let you swing out over the terraces but those that did said it was very enjoyable. Midday we drove further north and had a wonderful lunch overlooking Mount Batur. Dika related the history of the volcano, it’s various eruptions and the impact on the area. Next up we visited Tierra Empul. This Temple is one of the oldest in Bali @ 3000 years. Dika walked us through the temple and we learned about the various areas and their role in the Hindu religion. To close out our tour we visited a beautiful art gallery and a workshop where silver and gold jewelry was made. Our tour was amazing! If you are looking to book a tour in Bali we highly recommend that you book a tour through Hire Bali Driver and request Dika as your guide. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy!!!

Full Day in Bali

The whole day was excellent. We started with a coffee plantation, went to the Monkey forest, a rice farm, on to Mount Batur where we ate at a wonderful restaurant overlooking the volcano, walked through a Hindu temple and exited via a large market and ended our day with visiting a beautiful painting gallery and silver jewelry artists. My husband bought a small painting and I bought two beautiful silver charms. Our tour driver, Dika, was wonderful. He was kind, honest, personable and a very experienced, good driver. We could not have discovered all these lovely Bali locations and its history without the help of Dika. He was so generous in sharing his knowledge of his country and the Balinese culture. I recommend anyone visiting Bali for the first time, consider going on a tour with experienced tour guides that know how to maneuver the roads and the hectic traffic.

Ubud Tour with Leo

A good mix of activities. Plenty of time to take photos. We had Leo as a tour guide and he was very friendly and informative. Taught us about the history of the temples and the areas we pass by.
