Benik our guide/driver was excellent. Arrived on time to pick us all up-went through our itinerary with us making any suggestions he thought would give us maximum experience. He was knowledgable and funny. He gave us a lot of information regarding Bali culture, traditions, family/work life and gave us a thoroughly enjoyable experience-we all had a great day with Benik and would highly recommend him as your guide.

We only had a few days in Ubud, so booked this private tour in the hope that we would get to see the highlights of the area. We ended up having an amazing day with a tailor-made trip to all the sites we personally chose plus a few extras that our driver suggested. Our driver / guide, Wayan Suyasa, was the star of the day - so flexible, so kind and so friendly. Plus he made the most incredible souvenir photos and videos wherever we went. He knew all the best viewpoints and poses. His English is very good and he gave us so much information about the people and culture of Bali. We chose to do the Bali Swing instead of the Jungle Swing. It was a great experience as a couple and we ended up with some wonderful photos, but it is basically one huge photo shoot for ladies in long floaty dresses. From there we stopped off at an impressive local temple and then visited a wood carving workshop and a silver jewelry workshop. Both very interesting with lovely showrooms and no pressure to buy. After that, we were more than happy to cool off at the waterfall. Very busy and lots of steps. Lunch was good at a restaurant with a view over a rice field. We gave the coffee plantation a miss, and also the palace in Ubud, which we had visited by ourselves the day before. But we really enjoyed the visit to the monkey forest, followed by the rice fields. All in all, a great day. The private tour is obviously a little more expensive, but well worth it to have the freedom to decide yourself what you want to visit. Dudy was our driver and guide and we had the most amazing day from start to finish. He was educating us on Bali and some facts about it. He asked and gave us options between temples and waterfalls to pick. He took plenty pictures of us and stopped at some local spots for us to enjoy some authentic Balinese food. He is a funny lovely guy and we are beyond happy he was our guide for the day definitely recommend.
